All US orders valued at $500 or more ship out through UPS and require the recipient's signature upon delivery.
If for any reason the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will be receiving a delivery card with further instructions. If you have missed your first delivery attempt, we recommend reaching out to UPS directly for assistance.
Please note, if UPS is unable to reach you, your parcel may be returned back to us.
