We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible. We are able to accept the return of unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Significantly used products will not generate a refund.
For all bundle purchases, all components of the bundle must be returned together to trigger your refund.
If you have received a free gift with your purchase and you then decide you'd like to return that product, you must also return the free gift to trigger your refund.
We offer a free return service for the UK only. We do not yet offer free returns to the EU, IE and AU.
Free exchanges are available for the UK only. We unfortunately do not yet offer exchanges for the EU, IE and AU.

We recommend returning your order in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging please ensure your items are securely packaged. If you are using your own box or bag to return your items, please ensure you enclose a note with your full name, email address and order number.
Please note, if you chose to return via your own postal method, this will be at your own cost and will take longer for your refund to process.
In the unlikely event your product is faulty or defective, please use our contact form to get in touch with the Tilbury Loving Care team. Please kindly share your order number and provide photos of the damage or a short video to demonstrate the problem.
