You can return your order of unused or gently used items, free of charge for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To return your order, please click here and follow the instructions. Refunding your order can take 14-21 working days to appear in your account.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Please note:
- We are only able to deal with returns for online purchases. If you purchased a product at one of our authorized retailers or counters, please contact them directly.
- For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately for a refund. If you have requested a refund, all components must be returned.
- Engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
- Please note exchanges are not accepted on US and Canada orders.
- We offer free return services for US and Canada orders.
Not sure where to find your order number?
- You can find the 7 or 8 digit order number in your order confirmation email or in the account section on our website.
- Kindly note you may see another order number referred to as a warehouse order number or SO number. These orders start with SO#0000, but cannot be used to create a return.
