Loyalty Levels and available Rewards and Benefits can change based on the following reasons:
- Your purchases within the last 365 days no longer meet the threshold for this Level.
- You have returned goods which have put you under the threshold for the Level you had previously reached.
- Your order has been cancelled and no longer counts toward your Loyalty threshold.
