Please see below for a few examples of why your Reward may not have applied:
- You have not met the stated threshold to redeem this Reward. Kits, bundles, and non-physical goods will not count toward this threshold.
- The current online discount is greater than the discount of your Loyalty Reward.
- You are part of a non-eligible group for our Loyalty Programme. This includes, but is not limited to, Pro Members, Charlotte Tilbury Employees, and Contactors
