All refunds are issued to the original method of payment used. As long as your card account is still active, you can receive your full refund. To further clarify, even if your card has been lost, stolen, or cancelled, the refund should automatically be issued to the new card associated with the same account.
Alternatively, you can opt to receive your refund in store credit to your Charlotte Tilbury Account that can be used for future purchases on charlottetilbury.com
