We’re sorry you’re having difficulty using your foundation! It can take quite a few pumps to clear the air from the pump mechanism before it is able to dispense your foundation. This applies to our Airbrush Flawless Foundation and our Beautiful Skin Foundation. We suggest pumping for a minute and if your foundation still isn’t released, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you further.
