It can take quite a few twists before your concealer is visible on the sponge applicator. We recommend slowly twisting the mechanism to prevent a large amount of product coming out at once. You may need to twist the mechanism for a minute before you see any concealer on your sponge.
You will be able to see the component that pushes up the product through the window before the first use. Please note, this does not waste the product.
