Weekly tier-up gifting
Rewards will be shipped weekly for ambassadors who level up from the previous week. It will take up to 5 working days for this to process.
Delivery times and delays
Expected delivery times take 7-10 business days, with up to 3 weeks allowed for possible delays. It will only be after this time has passed that we are able to look into any potentially lost parcels. At this stage, we unfortunately cannot provide a tracking link but we are working on this and hope to provide this information to you soon.
