My shipping method says Overnight, but I did not receive it the next day. What happened to my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your US order.

Please allow 4-6 business days to receive your CA order.

Order before 1pm EST in Canada and 2pm EST in US for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
