Weekly tier-up gifting
Rewards will be shipped weekly for ambassadors who level up from the previous 2 weeks. It will take up to 5 working days for this to process, and an additional 5-10 days for shipping. Please allow at least 4 weeks to receive your gifting before reaching out.
Levelling up gifting
Levelling up gifting is available to all ambassadors. The gifting is usually in the form of 1-2 products per level and is dependent only on appropriate participation in the programme. The products sent are at the discretion of Team Tilbury and may occasionally be swapped due to stock availability and seasonality.
