If you are unhappy with our products or our services we highly recommend that you get in touch with our customer care team for further assistance.
Should you decide to dispute a charge or open a chargeback with your card issuer, we are unable to issue a refund on an order until the dispute has been resolved. No exceptions can be made as we are systematically unable to issue the refund.
Disputes can take up to 90 days to be resolved and we have no control over this timeframe.
