As Virtual Consultation orders are placed by the Artist directly, they will not be added to your Loyalty account. Only orders placed by the customer, while logged into a current Loyalty Account will go toward your Loyalty balance.
If your Virtual Artist provides you with a promotional code, this can be used while logged into your account to earn credit for the money spent.
