You can request changes to your order within 20 minutes of placing your order during our business hours listed under our Contact Us section.

Change contents of order: We are unable to amend the items in your order. We can cancel your order in full or if you are unhappy with your order once it is received, you can initiate a return
Shipping address change: While we can update most delivery addresses, we cannot ship to a different state due to sales tax rates
Shipping method change: We are unable to change the shipping speed after your order has been placed
While we will do our best to action any cancellation or address change requests, there may be instances where we are unable to make the requested change. We will be unable to honor any requests to change an order after the 20 minute window or any orders placed outside of our business hours.
