You can Redeem your Rewards directly on charlottetilbury.com by logging into your account and heading to the Loyalty tab at the top of the site. There you’ll see your current Loyalty Level, available Rewards, and progress to the next tier.
Only one Reward can be used per order, so Loyalty Rewards and Loyalty Coin Rewards can’t be combined. Perks like free standard shipping (if available in your region) are auto applied for all members and can be used alongside Rewards.
