We're unable to resend an order confirmation to a different email address than originally provided on the order at the time of checkout. However, if you need to confirm any details on the order such as the tracking information please contact us and a member of Team Tilbury will be happy to assist you further.
Kindly note that if there is a typo on the email address used to create your account, we cannot update your email address. We kindly ask that you create a new account with the correct email address.
This also means that it is not possible to transfer your loyalty status to a new email address, however, this is something we are currently working on as well.
