Gift cards purchased at charlottetilbury.com cannot be used at any concessions or retail partners and have a validity period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
A Gift Card can only be redeemed in the currency loaded onto the Gift Card and is non-transferable between different currencies.
In-Store Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Website and in Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Wonderland stores (where applicable, depending on the currency loaded onto the In-Store Gift Card).
eGift Cards can be returned by the purchaser within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund provided the eGift Card has not been used. Refunds are made to the original payment method. To enquire about a refund, please contact our Customer Care team here.
