We’re sorry that you’re unable to view any tracking updates for your recent order.
UPS has informed us that they are currently experiencing a high volume of packages which is resulting in a lack of visibility on the progress of some of their shipments. Although your tracking details state that a label has been created, your package is in transit to you and should arrive in the 3-5 business day timeframe.
We also suggest checking your tracking link periodically as it should update shortly before your package is delivered.
We understand that this is frustrating, but please know that tracking updates are triggered by UPS and not by Charlotte Tilbury.
