After an order has been fully processed, a tracking label is created for your package. At this stage, your order is waiting to be picked up by our carrier.
If you are located within the US, our carriers will pick up your package from our warehouse then take it to a sorting facility where it will have its first scan. After this scan you will see your estimated delivery date. It may take 24 hours for this first scan to take place.
We have recently been made aware that many carriers are experiencing high volumes of deliveries and therefore some packages may not be scanned for 48 to 72 hours after they have been picked up from our warehouse. If there has been no update to your tracking details within 72 hours, please contact Team Tilbury and we will investigate this matter further for you.
