We would appreciate you sending us a photo of the damaged/faulty item(s) from your order, along with a photo of the batch code of the product.
Please note, as per our returns policy, we are only able to offer full refunds/exchanges for items received within 30 days. We would expect any product faults to have arisen and been reported within the first few weeks of use.
