After your order is placed you should be brought to a confirmation page which will provide you with your order number. Additionally, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order.
If you are unsure if your order has been placed we recommend checking to see if you received an email confirmation. Alternatively, you can check your account with your payment provider to see if you have been charged for your order.
If you're still unable to locate your order, but you think it may have been successful please get in touch and we will be happy to look into this further.
We find many customers who haven't received an email confirmation actually have entered in their email address with a typo. If you think you may have done this, please provide us with your first and last name as well as you billing address so we can locate your order details for you.
