We recommend checking your entire package, tissue paper and the envelope containing your invoice for your samples.
Samples not received: We apologize if your selected sample wasn't included in your order. We do our best to make sure the samples listed on site are available at the time of your purchase. However, there are times when we try to fulfill an order and we notice that a sample isn’t available.
Due to the limited nature of our complimentary samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples from our distribution center if they arrive damaged, if you receive a substitute, or if one is missing from your order.
