Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery from the time your tracking details state your order was delivered. Occasionally our couriers will update your delivery status up to 24 hours in advance.
If your tracking details show your order was delivered, but you are unable to locate it we kindly ask that you check around your property and check with anyone who may have received your package on your behalf such as a neighbour, doorman, front desk, etc.
