Canadian Returns during Canada Post Strike

You are still able to make your return with Canada Post.

During the strike, Canada Post retail franchises are currently still accepting mail, parcels and returns. There are over 5,000 of these types of location throughout the country. These are non-corporate retail locations with Canada Post branding that are franchised but non-union.

These franchise locations are typically found in drug and grocery stores. Customers can still drop off returns there.

In addition, Citilogistics, has also offered direct drop-off to their two hub locations, referenced in the below table.

We recommend holding onto your return tracking number after you drop off your return.
