You can redeem your rewards directly on charlottetilbury.com by logging into your account and heading to the Loyalty tab at the top of the site. There, you’ll see your current Loyalty Level, available rewards, and progress to the next tier.
Only one promo code can be used per order, so Loyalty Coin Rewards and Level Rewards can’t be combined. But don’t worry! Perks like free standard shipping (where available) are auto-applied for Bronze members and above, and can be used alongside a reward.
A few quick things to know:
- The Darling15 code is for first-time orders only
- You’ll have 12 months to enjoy your Level’s benefits before your spend resets
- You can always track your Level entry date and progress in your Loyalty tab
