There could be a few reasons why you haven't received your promo code.
We recommend checking that your friend didn't make the following mistakes:
The friend didn't input their promo code or your name at checkout. If an order was placed without completing these actions our Refer A Friend program partner has no way to confirm that an order was placed
The friend didn't place their order before the code expired (14 days)
Additionally, you will not be able to receive the code as the Referrer if the system has deemed the purchase a self-referral. This means you cannot refer yourself to make a purchase as the "friend." As our programme is hosted through a third party, we do have safeguards in place to prevent you from receiving the code intended for the friend in addition to the code intended for the referrer.
