If our courier was unable to successfully deliver your package, your order will be returned back to us.
There is a limited time frame in which we can intervene and send you a replacement order if you would still like to receive your items.
In order for us to process this, you will need to contact Team Tilbury here as soon as possible with your order number and a confirmation of your shipping address.
Alternatively, we can issue you a refund if you’d prefer.
A refund may also be issued automatically if you do not get back in touch within the limited time frame of intervention. This may take up to 21 days but may vary due to our returns volume.
You will be refunded in full back to your original form of payment. Once a refund has been issued, we are unable to reinstate your order. Therefore, if you still wish to receive your order you will have to place the order again through our website.
