Due to additional hygiene measures in place at our fulfilment centres, returns can take up to 21 working days to be processed and for your refund or exchange request to be completed.
Once a return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming this. Please allow 7 working days from this email for any exchanges orders and pending refunds to be received.
If outside of this period, you are still yet to receive your exchange or refund, please do let us know and we will investigate this further for you.

-Your order number
-Details of the item you have returned to us
-Is a refund or exchange requested?
-The tracking number of your parcel, with the date of return
