We will aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. It can then take 2-5 business days for the funds to be reflected back in the original payment account.
If your return is beyond 20 days and you are yet to receive your exchange or refund, please contact us via our contact form, so that we can investigate.
Please note, you may be able to see your return has arrived back to us via the tracking status, however we do kindly remind you it may still take between 14 days to process the refund.
When doing so, please kindly provide the Tilbury Loving Care team with the following information:
-Your order number.
-Details of the item you have returned to us.
-If you have requested a refund or exchange
-The tracking number of your parcel, with the date of return.
