- On the delivery note enclosed in your order please tick refund or exchange and enter one of the reason codes. Please note we are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different shade.
- If you no longer have the form, please ensure that your SO#UK number is clearly written on a note inside your return along with the item name(s) and code(s) – this information can be found on your tracking email. We will also need your full name and reason for return too.
- Pack your returns in the original packaging and follow this Royal Mail link to arrange your return.
- If the value of the goods you are returning is £150 and above, please e-mail charlottetilbury@ilguk.com to arrange a collection via courier, ensuring the SO# (sales order number) is stated from your delivery paperwork.
