We're sorry you’ve been having trouble logging into the Charlotte Tilbury app. This may be happening due to the language and region settings on your device.
Please ensure that both the language and region are set to the region you are shopping in. For example, if your language is set to English (UK) your currency on the app will be GBP.
Please follow the below steps to change the language and region on your device:
1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Language & Region
4. Select your language and region
1. Open Settings
2. Tap System Languages & Input and then Select Language
3. Tap Add a Language and choose the region or country you want
4. Go back to System in the settings menu
5. Tap on Date & time
6. Turn off the automatic date and time settings
7. Choose the correct time zone for the region or country you selected in the previous step
8 Restart your device
After you have made these changes, uninstall and reinstall your Charlotte Tilbury app.
